The MiTcon 26 team is pleased to share an important update. Over the past few weeks, the conference has received an impressive level of interest and enquiries from researchers, scholars, and students eager to participate in this year’s international gathering on Multimedia and Artificial Intelligence.
In response to several requests for additional time to develop research ideas, the organising committee has decided to extend the abstract submission deadline to 30 November 2025. This extended window is intended to support more thoughtful and well-prepared submissions.
MiTcon 26 continues to position itself as a space where diverse perspectives meet—bringing together insights from media studies, AI, creativity, psychology, literature, business, social sciences, gender studies, and computer science. The growing enthusiasm across disciplines highlights the relevance and collaborative spirit of the conference.
